Student Ministries Pastor
The Student Ministries Pastor at Ascent Community Church is a dynamic and passionate leader responsible for creating and overseeing a thriving, unified ministry for Middle School (grades 6-8) and High School (grades 9-12) students. This role is essential for helping students know Jesus, grow in their faith, build community, discover their gifts, and learn to influence their world. The pastor will accomplish this through a balanced focus on relational ministry, volunteer leadership development, engaging weekly programs, and impactful events. This job is in-person and located in Louisville, CO, just outside of Boulder.
Family Pastor
The Family Pastor provides vision, leadership, and pastoral care for all ministries serving children, students, and families (birth–12th grade). This role is responsible for building a unified, scalable discipleship strategy that equips parents, develops leaders, and ensures alignment across Kids and Student Ministries. The Family Pastor leads through staff and leaders—not by executing weekly programming—and is responsible for developing the Kids Ministry Director and overseeing Student Ministry leadership.
